Michael Brown is a litigation attorney in Wisconsin. He will teach a course entitled “Employee Rights Law” at Solo Practice University®
Michael Brown is the founding attorney of DVG Law Partner. Michael’s legal practice involves employee rights, contract rights, fraud victim rights, litigation and class actions. He represents clients across the U.S. with Federal cases. Michael has been recognized as a Rising Star in the Super Lawyers publication, and has a “Superb” rating from Avvo.
Michael has represented hundreds of clients with diverse backgrounds, jobs, and nationalities, and has helped them achieve positive results. He has represented people in many legal forums, spanning from administrative hearings to trial and appellate work, including appeals at the state Supreme Court and federal appellate levels. Several of Michael’s cases have involved cutting-edge legal issues, and have received significant media coverage and requests for commentary.
Michael has served as board Chair of the WI State Bar’s Civil Rights and Liberties section. He has also served on the faculty of Solo Practice University. Michael is a year 2002 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Michael’s recent cases include: Koehler et. al. v. Infosys et. al. (WI – ED, discrimination class action); Panwar et. al. v. Access Therapies et al (IN- SD, H-1B worker wage class action); Kroner v. Oneida Seven Generations Corp. (WI SC, wrongful discharge and contract claims); Al-Marzoog v. Parsons (CA – CD, contract case).
