Digital Asset Management – Guest Lecture with Deborah Gonzalez

Everyone dies.  Often unexpectedly. But there is power in dead hands.  We are the country with the greatest control of our assets after death.  However, most never consider, let alone manage, their digital legacy.  How do we handle, bequeath (or destroy), our digital immortality from medical information to our life story on facebook?  This is a completely and utterly fascinating and a critical topic. Deborah Gonzalez addresses it legally, thoughtfully, and futuristically giving everyone much to think about in this special guest lecture.

Deborah Gonzalez, Esq. is the founder of Law2sm, LLC, a new legal consulting firm focusing on helping its clients navigate the legal issues relating to the new digital and social media world. She is also a faculty member at Solo Practice University® and teaches two courses, “Social Media & the Law” and “Intellectual Property”.

The audio is about 56 minutes. Listen directly below.
