How long does it take to enroll?
You can enroll in minutes. Select your plan, process your payment, and start building your profile! You will receive an email activation link immediately to verify your email address and then you'll receive your password.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime.
Is there a free trial?
We normally do not offer a free trial. But a free trial is offered to those eligible through DirectLaw®.
What if I join now, but decide to cancel?
There are no refunds within the first 30 days of enrolling. If you enroll as a monthly subscriber and wish to cancel within the first 30 days, simply cancel your subscription through Paypal directly or send us an e-mail directly and we will do so. Your enrollment will end at the end of that first month.
*When you enroll as a quarterly subscriber and cancel within the first two months of enrollment the maximum refund you will receive is 50% of the quarterly tuition.

Whenever you decide to enroll, whether as a monthly, quarterly or annual subscriber, your rates are locked-for-life regardless of any future tuition increases. As long as your subscription auto-renews uninterrupted we will never increase your tuition. It's that simple.
