Victoria Santoro is a Boston litigator. She will teach the course “Preparing For The Twists and Turns of Trial” at Solo Practice University®.

In 2010, Victoria M. Santoro joined the Meehan, Boyle, Black & Bogdanow family and immediately made her name as a tenacious and skilled litigator. Prior to joining MBBB as an associate, Ms. Santoro had widely supplemented her law school studies with a variety of litigation-based clinics, working both for the Middlesex District Attorney and for the United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts in the Public Corruption Unit. Her experience dovetailed well with cases handled by MBBB as she had previously been assigned to work on a trial involving corruption on Boston’s Big Dig construction project. Her courtroom experiences were the driving force behind her passion for impact litigation. Since joining the firm, Ms. Santoro has continued her work of holding wrongdoers accountable and handles several different types of cases including wrongful death, medical malpractice and financial fraud in business litigation.

Meehan, Boyle, Black & Bogdanow focuses on personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from defective products, prescription and over-the-counter drugs, premises liability, explosions, medical malpractice and motor vehicle, aviation and mass transit accidents. In 2013, the firm won a $63,000,000 jury verdict against the manufacturers of Children’s Motrin® for a devastating adverse drug reaction suffered by a child.

Extremely active in the Massachusetts Bar Association, Ms. Santoro serves on the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Division, is a member the Sole Practitioner and Small Firm Section Council and is a liaison to the Membership Committee. In her first year of eligibility, Ms. Santoro was voted a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Ms. Santoro also maintains a personal blog, The Limber Lawyer, and is a monthly contributor to the American Bar Association’s Law Technology Today. She has been published by The Legal Examiner and Law Practice Today.
