To follow up on points 1 and 2, I&#039;d suggest making sure you can &lt;em&gt;forgive yourself&lt;/em&gt; when you have a bad day studying or you encounter a bump along your well-planned study road.  As an example, I got the stomach flu during the first week of bar prep.  I convinced myself I was already behind and would never catch up.  I felt pretty down, even after I had recovered from the sickness.  I should have just focused on getting better and then returning to bar prep.  One reason people start preparing so early is so that they can absorb these momentary setbacks or distractions.]]></description>
