I have had that argument with myself but one very stressed out day, I decided to give it a shot. The best thing about VA’s and VP’s is that with most you can work out an “as needed” arrangement so you can just call them when you need them and when it makes financial sense. Once you start working with someone, you’ll see the great value they bring and how they free you up to take care of clients and to bring in new business – both of which are essential to the bottom line, right?

I waited to delegate because I wanted to keep my overhead as low as possible but since I started working with a VA and paralegal, I now think its totally worth it to hire someone early on, if only for a few hours per month. They do what they do way better than I could. :)

Mine was 2 months early. great article, just what I needed to hear right now. I know it’s a tug of war when it comes to delegating.
