I think everybody is getting burned on a daily basis and it’s not out fault. I think everyone sees what the government tries to get away with telling lies, corruption here- there.The news is constantly negative. When companies see what the government is getting away seems it turns into a copy cat reaction, Lets see how we can get more out of people and pay them less, can’t trust the employees because we are going to get burned by a lawsuit, etc. (Of course there are a few bad apple employees out there), but these companies are getting away with murder with their political bull crap. I live in a Right-To-work state. They can fire you for no reason, pay you what they want to pay you and treat you like the dirt beneath their feet.

I appreciate the way you tied trust and transparency into the practice of law and especially, entrepreneurship where we are the brand. The recent social networking privacy issues highlight the redefining of the term rendering transparency just about mandatory which can only build trust. Not the worse development.
